Cadence-style runners change cadence easier as they run faster. Runners wearing these shoes will be able to start fast and finish faster, thanks to the energetic midsole foam and a propulsive carbon plate. These components allow them to elongate their stride and conserve more energy while controlling their pace.

UPPER

• The soft yet supportive engineered mesh upper is designed to improve airflow and keep feet cool. 
• At least 50% of the shoe's main upper material is made with recycled content to reduce waste and carbon emissions.

MIDSOLE

• FLYTEFOAM BLAST TURBO™ Turbo technology is a lightweight and durable midsole foam that provides a responsive toe-off
• The curved sole construction helps reduces ankle flexion, which allows runners to conserve more energy and run further with less effort
• A carbon plate runs from the midfoot towards the front to add structure while guiding the foot and propelling the body forward
• Higher stack height for improved cushioning and efficiency.
